Dashboard

The Dashboard function allows you to view all metrics related to the server, this includes an overview of types of data uploaded, times of upload, size of files and many more data.

Uploaded File Formats

This diagram shows all the various CAD formats that have been uploaded to the server. Depending on your licence, formats will be limited.

Hovering your mouse over the inner circle will show you the format and the number of files uploaded.

•Number of files for particular format

•Total number files uploaded to server

•Version information for particular format

Uploaded File Sizes

This diagram shows a bar chart and the various sizes of data that has been uploaded.

Z axis shows the number of files

File uploads in the last 30 days

This chart pin points the time and date of uploads which is useful to see from the perspective of a system admin, they can understand when the most busiest times on the server are and could schedule low priority jobs during less busy times.

Usage Types

Other charts available are usage types.

These include:

•Login request usage which shows how many times a client has logged into the server and on what day

• Application feature usage which shows what feature they have checked out including how many times and on what day

•Device type usage which shows what hardware device checked out a licence and on what day

Device Licence Usage

In this section you can view which hardware devices are licensed to access your server and includes information such as how many times that device has checked a licenced out and the last checkout date.

Session Usage

During collaborated XR sessions, multiple users connect to the same server and visualise the same exact data. In this section, you can see the details of who has accessed your server via the collaborated session.
