Email Templates

Emails get sent out when a specific action has been executed on the TVP. It's possible to change the default response by going to the email template page found:

          <Server Address>/ARWebServer/Manage/Settings/EditEmailTemplates

The following default email templates can be modified:

The default templates are built into TVP

These can be edited using the edit tool:

The following Parameters can be utilized by specifying the appropriate string in square brackets within the body of the email:

          [ServerUrl]

          [ContactName]

          [CompanyName]

          [UserEmail]

          [Password]

          [RegistrationData]

These parameters can be defined as required or optional

When changes are made to a default template, unless an alternate folder location for TVP data is configured, the resultant file is saved by default here:

          <Therorem Experience Server Data>\Properties\EmailTemplates 

Saved template are created as html files, of a specific naming convention:

Deleting these files will revert to the default TVP template.
