Theorem Visualization Pipeline Setup
Run the “TheoremExperienceServer_Setup_x64.msi” executable.
Read and agree to the terms.
You can change the install directory if you wish. Anything you upload or produce will be stored within a data directory which you can also specify.
To specify a database to backup data, the details can be entered here. Afterwards select ‘Next’
Unless your network administrator states otherwise leave the IIS setting as they are.
If you wish to change the identity the windows service runs as that can be changed here.
If you have an SMTP server set up, then fill in the details on the appropriate page else leave them as they are. These settings are saved in “IIS Web Config” and can be changed later if needed.
If you would like to use you ADFS server those details can be input here.
The following pages relate to setting up Azure Remote Rendering.
Here you can input the Id, Domain and Key of the Azure Rendering Account.
Details regarding Azure Remote Rendering Storage including the names of the blob containers created.
If the Flex server that hosts your Theorem license is on a different machine change this license path accordingly. The default value assumes that it is running on this machine.
Click “Install” to begin installation.
You will receive a Windows UAC prompt during installation that must be accepted. Querying and modifying Windows Features (such as IIS) requires Administrative privileges.
You have now installed the Theorem Experience Server. Click ‘Finish’.
A small “ThumbnailGenerator.exe” application will open then minimise itself. This generates thumbnails for files uploaded to the Theorem Experience Server for processing. If it is closed for whatever reason you will need to start it again by running it "C:\Program Files\Theorem Experience Server\TPM\Utilities\DR\ThumbnailGenerator.exe".
