Licenses
The Licenses page is where the User can view and edit licences that are assigned to customer machines.
The table below is shown at the top of the Licences page. This table will provide an overview of how many licences are available for the server as well how many licences are in use and total number of licences for each experience:

Name – shows the list of licences
In Use – the number here displays how many licences for that particular licence is being used currently
Total – shows the total number of licences whether it is in use or not
Description – shows a description of the licence
List of Licenses
A list of licenses is provided to the user. This fully describes each license and the details are as follows:

Can be either True or False. Licences can be set to False automatically if they have expired or a new licence has been assigned and total number of licences have exceeded |

Generic id created by the server for the licence |
Customer ID |
Generic id created by the server for the licence |
Customer company |
Name of customer specified when registering new customer |
Customer contact |
Name specified when registering the new customer |
Customer email |
Email address specified for the customer |
Machine ID |
ID generated for the device |
Machine type |
Detail of machine specified when providing a licence |
Machine description |
Description to give you context on what machine/device the licence is for |
Licence description |
Description of licence this can include what features/purpose it is for |
Request accepted reason |
Reason for the license being granted |
Request ID |
This ID will be specific to each device, when the client attempts to connect to a server they don’t have access too they receive this ID |
Enabled |
Whether the licence is true or not |
Issued date |
Date when the licence was granted |
Expiry date |
What date the licence is valid until |
Modified date |
When the licence was last modified |
Issued by |
Name of user who issued the licence |
Last checked out date |
When the licence was last in use |
Licence features |
Name of features all available on the licence |
