Manage Previous Sessions

Reopen previous session

To open a previous session:

1.Select one of the sessions by toggling on the box to the left the session

2.Click on Reopen at the top of the page

3.In the Reopen session window, select any further option such as:

a.Add creator name

b.Allow any logged in user to join session or

c.Select individual users to invite to the session

Click on Save changes. The session will now be reopened and can be joined via any client device.

Invite user to a session

To update user invites to a session you want to reopen:

1.Select one of the sessions by toggling on the box to the left the session

2.Click on Invite at the top of the page

3.In the Update user invitations window, click on Invite next to the users name to invite them to the session

4.Click on save changes to update the session

Delete previous session

To delete a session:

1.Select one of the sessions by toggling on the box to the left the session

2.Click on Delete at the top of the page

3.You will be prompted if you would like to proceed, click on Delete to continue or Close to go back

Generate session comments pdf

During a collaborative session, if comments have been added I the session, you can generate a pdf with all comments which is helpful to have after a session as it can be a form of output for the review:

1.If comments have been added in a session, it will show a number under the Comment count column

2.Select the session which has comments by toggling on the box to the left the session

3.Click on Generate session comments pdf

4.A window will appear with a message stating the job has been sent to the TPM server processing

5.After a few minutes Refresh the page

6.The link of the PDF will be available under the Download Comments column for the session
