Advanced Processing

When uploading data to the server, there are a number of processing options the user can select to control how the data is processed, however, if the user wants to reuse the same options for all data processing it can become tedious to manually select each option string including any custom options.

By using an Advance Processing settings file, the user can upload and save a customised settings file which they can select, this saves time and makes sure all data is processed consistently.

Instructions

1.Create a settings file, this should be in X format and can contain the following within the file:

2.Once the file is created, in Pipeline navigate to Manage > Advanced Processing.

3.Click on upload

4.On the upload page, you will have the option to select what type of data you want to upload. There are 3 choices available in the drop down list:

•Collapse File – contains options for optimising and collapsing data structure

•Inclusion File -

•VRED Start File

5.If you have a settings file already uploaded, you have the option select overwrite, this will replace the new file with the existing file, leave this blank if you do not want to overwrite it.

6.Select Upload to upload the settings file.

7.After the file has been uploaded, it will be available to use under on the Upload page (Models > Upload)
