Explode

Explodes the current data set into a carousel of its subordinate sub assemblies.

Select the icon using the pointer

The assembly will be exploded out into the subordinate sub assemblies and presented on a carousel.

To explode a sub assembly, select the sub assembly required by using the mouse cursor and the left mouse button.

Deselecting the explode icon with the pointer will reassemble the assembly back at the chose level you have navigated in to.

Revolve

Spin the displayed exploded assembly

Select the icon using the pointer. There are 2 different ways of using this feature:

Press and hold Left Mouse button and drag left/right to revolve

•Use Left or Right directional arrows on keyboard

Move

Allows the user to move the carousel in 3D space over any axis

Select the icon using the pointer

Press and hold Left mouse button and move mouse up/down to move model closer or further away

Press and hold right mouse button and move mouse in desired direction to move model left, right, up and down

Scroll Wheel to move the model in increments in any direction towards the mouse cursor

•Press and hold Right Mouse button + Scroll Wheel to freely move the model forwards and backwards.

•Press the V key to drop the carousel to the floor

Scale

Allows the user to increase or decrease the scale of the carousel

Select the icon using the pointer. There are 3 different ways of using this feature:

Press and hold Left Mouse button and move up or down

Use up and down arrows on keyboard

•Use the mouse scroll wheel up or down

Up

Navigate one level up the assembly tree

Select the icon using the pointer

Top

Navigate to the top level of the assembly tree

Select the icon using the pointer
