Description

Usage

Primary

Allows the user to select the source face that will be aligned to.

In the Alignment menu, select Primary.

•Select a surface by hovering the pointer and selection button over the bounding box on the first component (as this is the Primary surface, it will stay in its current position after alignment) then air tap to select it.

•The selected surface will turn green.

•If you want to change the surface, select the surface again to deselect it.

Secondary

Allows the user to select the the target model face that will move in alignment to the primary face.

Select Secondary in the Alignment menu

•Select the surface of the bounding box on the second component (this will be the surface that will move and align to the Primary component).

•The selected surface will turn green.

•If you want to change the surface, click on the surface again to deselect it.

Confirm

Completes the alignment process.

In the Alignment menu select Confirm, once confirmed the Secondary model will move and align its selected surface to the Primary components selected surface.

Clear

Clears the selected faces from the cache.

If you want to cancel the alignment select Clear which will remove any selections
