Viewing Logs

The user can select any job and 4 buttons become active. These buttons have the same functionality as the Upload History page. These buttons are:

View TPM Diagnostic Log

•Allows the user to review the full, detailed processing log of the processed data.

•Can be copied and sent to Theorem Support if there are data processing issues.

View TPM Screen Log

•Allows the user to review the scree output log of the processed data (if log is available dependent on data processed).

•Can be copied and sent to Theorem Support if there are data processing issues.

View TPM Job Status

•View the Status of the current job

•Job Running

•Job Completed Successfully

•Job Completed with Errors

•Cancel a current job if the status is Job Running
