Common Problems & Solutions
For a brand new installation of the TES, a user may be shown 3 issues reported on this page as they will be required to copy into place the processing scripts. Using this use case the following issues listed are observed:
The resolution is described. If the user moves to the specified location they are shown the option to fix an issue. Clicking “Fix” as instructed will resolve these issues. Clicking them sequentially will resolve them and the number of issues listed will auto-update to reflect this.
However, the listing of the “issues” is not limited to only this use case. The above messages can also mean:
•Your TPM services are not running
•Your TPM services are running but you are connected to your specified network
•Your Theorem license server is down
•You don’t have an active TPM license – It has expired
•Does TPM run interactively?
•Are all servers running and the correct user?
•Does IIS need refreshing?
•Is the license service running?
